The area of concern cited for 14 CCR§ 17408.6 regarding food debris from inside the transfer station observed under <br /> the overhang of roof is cleared. No waste was observed under the overhang of roof. The operator was preparing to build <br /> a push-wall with cement blocks stored on the tipping floor to prevent further transfer of waste through the transfer station <br /> wall. <br /> 2. No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Light track-out observed from the southwest door on the front of the building. The operator was having the area <br /> cleaned during the inspection. <br /> 2. No rodent feces observed. <br /> 3. Rodent bait stations appeared serviceable. <br /> 4. Fire extinguishers were charged and available. <br /> 5. The average incoming and outgoing daily tonnages were 41 tons and 37 tons respectively. <br /> 6.
