SA J QVI
COUNT
Greatness grows here.
From:James Biggs<James.Biggs@Sitelogiq.com>
Sent:Thursday, October 28, 20213:44 PM
To: Singh, Sandip [EHD] <ssingheh@slgov.org>
Subject: City of Riverbank Treatment Plant Landfill Area Inspections (Solar)
CAUTION:This email is originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the
sender and know the content is safe.
Hello Sandip,
I left a voicemail a few minutes ago, but I figured it would be best to follow up with some pictures to clarify. We are
working with the city on constructing a Solar PV project at the Treatment Plant and one of the best areas for the array is
on top of the landfill. After speaking with Darin Smallen at the plant, it sounds like you do regular inspections of this
landfill and these will still need to occur after the system were installed. We want to get feedback and keep all parties
informed so we don't have any problems further down the line. Do you anticipate complications in performing your
work at this plant and keeping everything in compliance?
Plant address: 23865 Santa Fe Rd, Riverbank, CA 95367
Proposed Layout: 555 kW Ground Mount (Over Landfill), 100 kW Shade Structure (not over landfill)
3
