Sampling and Analysis Plan FN <br /> 4 Reporting <br /> Following the completion of the field investigation and receipt of the analytical results, property- <br /> specific ESA reports (Report)will be prepared. Each Report will include the following elements: <br /> • Summary of field activities and deviations from this SAP, if any; <br /> • Description of the field procedures, field observations, and sampling methods; <br /> • Field forms including soil boring logs and groundwater sampling forms; <br /> • Laboratory analytical reports; <br /> • Summary of investigation results including discussion of analytical data and comparison with <br /> screening levels as follows: <br /> o Soil analytical results will be compared to the following screening criteria listed on Table <br /> 4.1: <br /> ■ Regional background concentrations for metals from the United States Geological <br /> Survey (USGS) (USGS, 1984; USGS, 2001); <br /> • California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) HERO Note 3 modified <br /> soil screening levels for industrial land use (DTSC, 2020); <br /> ■ EPA Industrial Regional Screening Levels (RSLs)for industrial land use (EPA, 2022); <br /> ■ California Code of Regulations Title 22, Chapter 11 Section 66261.24 (22 CCR <br /> 66261.24); <br /> ■ Soluble Threshold Limit Concentrations (STLC) listed in 22 CCR 66261.24; and <br /> ■ Total Threshold Limit Concentration (TTLC). <br /> o Groundwater analytical results will be compared to the following screening criteria listed <br /> on Table 4.2: <br /> ■ EPA RSLs for tap water(EPA, 2022); and <br /> ■ DTSC HERO Note 3 recommended Screening Levels for Tap Water Analytes <br /> (DTSC, 2020). <br /> • Description of the quality assurance and quality control protocols utilized; and <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations. <br /> 9 <br />
