The facility last sampled compost on 9/4/2019. Ensure that compost is sampled per every 5,000 cubic yards of <br /> compost produced and at least once per year. <br /> 2. Records were available for review. The temperatures logged in the North and South houses for January ranged from <br /> 96°F to 132°F and 98°F -134°F respectively. <br /> 3. Per the operator, there was approximately 204,000 birds onsite at the time of the inspection. <br /> 4. Approximately 1,433 cubic yards of compost in rows at the time of the inspection. <br /> 5. The average temperature measured for finished compost was 109°F. The average temperature measured for wood <br /> shavings was 93°F.
