All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hot water at the three compartment sink was observed at 102 F and 102 F at the mop sink. Adjust <br />hot water heater so that hot water is provided at these sinks at 120 F or higher. Correct today. <br />The warm water at the kitchen hand sink was observed 98 F and 72 F at the men & women's restroom hand sinks. Adjust <br />hot water heater so that warm water is provide at the hand sinks at a minimum of 100 F. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: One ceiling tile was lacking near the serve line. Replace ceiling tile so that ceiling is smooth, cleanable <br />and non-absorbent within two weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
