Be sure to operate the compactor <br /> in accordance with SWFP and TPR. <br /> 3. Records maintained and up to date. <br /> 4. May 11, 2023, was the official startup date for the food separator. The RFI Amendment was <br /> approved by the LEA on March 1, 2021. The amendment describes the processing of food <br /> waste and the installation of a food separator at the Lovelace Transfer Station. The purpose of <br /> the separator is to remove contaminants from the source separated food to facilitate the <br /> anaerobic digestion process. The anaerobic digestion will occur offsite at the City of Manteca <br /> Wastewater Treatment Plant. At the end of the day no food waste, processed or unprocessed, <br /> is to remain at the facility. Operator should follow the approved RFI Amendment. Any changes <br /> should be submitted to the LEA for review and approval prior to starting to use the food <br /> separator. According to Operator the food separator will be in use starting September 2023. <br /> 5. Dust levels were low at time of inspection. Misters being used throughout inspection. <br /> 6. Previous violation cleared. <br /> 7.
