14 CCR 17408.1 - Litter Control <br />Area of Concern: <br />Observed unused items and litter under and around the stairway outside the tipping <br />floor and bin storage area. <br />Remove litter and take measures to improve site maintenance.1. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />3rd quarter SB 1383 records are lacking. Provide 3 rd quarter SB1383 records by <br />October 30, 2025. <br />1. <br />Records for mixed recyclables and cardboard for September 2025 received by the LEA <br />on October 9, 2025. <br />2. <br />"Green Report Logs for September 2025" are lacking. Provide.3. <br />"Daily Tons Received & Daily Trip Counts for September 2025" are lacking. Provide.4. <br />Ensure that all records are maintained and up to date.5. <br />A mixed recyclables and cardboard pile observed at the south end of the tipping floor. <br />Recyclables and cardboard are separated from incoming loads. The mixed recyclable <br />and cardboard pile are transported to Cal Waste in Galt or Waste Management in Lodi <br />daily. <br />6. <br />The food separator was not in use at the time of inspection. The food separator has <br />been in disrepair since the last use on January 14, 2025. Per the Solid Waste manager, <br />they are waiting for the approval for repair from the City of Manteca. <br />7. <br />Waste pile was low at the time of inspection. Keep pile height less than 12 feet.8. <br />The compactor was not in use at the time of inspection.
