Green waste should be removed from the green waste processing area within 72 hours <br />as described in the TPR. <br />3. <br />Ensure that all records are maintained and up to date.4. <br />On July 19, 2024 the computer system was not functioning and not recording tonnage <br />weights. Per site supervisor, tonnage weights were manually entered on this date. <br />5. <br />Provide the LEA with records for July 19, 2024.6. <br />Record the July 19, 2024 computer malfunction in the Special Occurrences Log.7. <br />A fire occurred at the facility at the south end MRF on the evening of July 1, 2024. The <br />LEA was properly notified and the incident is in the Special Occurrences Log. <br />8. <br />The LEA received tonnage reports for June 2024 on July 9, 2024.9. <br />Per site supervisor, the AWP check in portable has been relocated to the area west of <br />the main office for safety reasons. <br />10. <br />Per site supervisor, the nonferrous metal recycling has been discontinued at the <br />secondary recycling area. <br />11. <br />1st & 2nd quarter 2024 SB1383 logs are available onsite. Logs were emailed to the LEA <br />during inspection. <br />12. <br />The food separator was not in use at the time of inspection. Per site supervisor, the food <br />separator was in use Friday, July 23, 2024 and the finished product was transported to <br />Forward Resource & Recovery Facility. <br />13. <br />Per site supervisor, the food separator is in use Tuesdays and Fridays.14. <br />Dust levels were low at the time of inspection. 15. <br />Waste pile was moderate at the time of inspection.
