Pursuant to Title 14 CCR sections, 18221.6 , if the operator proposes or <br />anticipates any changes in design or operation, an RFI amendment application <br />package shall be submitted to the LEA. An application for any change in <br />operations should be submitted to the LEA in advance of implementation of the <br />proposed changes. Any significant changes will require the permit to be revised. <br />1. <br />Submit an RFI amendment application package to the LEA or provide a detailed <br />description confirming that the project is in compliance with existing SWFP and <br />TPR. <br />2. <br /> <br />14 CCR 17407.4 - Dust Control <br />Dusty conditions observed on commercial side at time of inspection. Misters not being <br />used until pointed by the LEA staff. <br />Provide adequate dust control.1. <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />A monthly inspection was conducted on August 26, 2024, and the following was noted: <br />Observed mixed green waste outside the Transfer Station building. Mixed green waste <br />should be stored inside the transfer station building. Green waste should be removed <br />from the green waste processing area within 72 hours as described in the TPR. <br />1. <br />Ensure that all records are maintained and up to date.2. <br />The LEA received Green Waste Logs for July 2024 on August 13, 2024.3. <br />The LEA received daily tonnage and daily trip logs for July 2024 on August 13, 2024.4. <br />The food separator was not in use at the time of inspection. Per site supervisor, the food <br />separator was in use August 23, 2024 and the finished product was transported to <br />Forward Resource & Recovery Facility. <br />5. <br />Per site supervisor, the food separator is in use Tuesdays and Fridays.6. <br />Waste pile was moderate at the time of inspection. Keep pile height less than 12 feet.7. <br />Compactor was not in use at the time of inspection.
