The RCSI does not mention the record of compostable materials handling training that must be maintained <br /> on site, as described in 14 CCR§ 17867.5, Training. <br /> 10. The RCSI Description of the Water Supplies for Process Water on page 26 does not include use of water <br /> from the onsite compost area lined pond for compost windrow operations. A routine inspection of the site <br /> found wastewater from the onsite compost area lined pond being used for compost windrows. If these are <br /> acceptable water sources add them to the RCSI. <br /> Update the TPR and RCSI based on the items listed above and submit the documents for review by July <br /> 25, 2023. <br /> Submit the documents by email, mail or in-person at the EHD. The EHD will review the updated RFI and produce <br /> a report with any actions required by the operator. EHD time to review the documents beyond four hours will be <br /> invoiced to the facility at the EHD hourly rate, $162/hour, effective July 1, 2023.
