SA NJ O Q Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Description of Project and LEA's Determination <br /> Tracy Material Recovery& Transfer Facility is a 51.7-acre existing solid waste facility located at 30703 <br /> S. MacArthur Drive in unincorporated San Joaquin County, near the City of Tracy. On October 13, 2023 <br /> the LEA received an application package proposing to amend the Report of Facility Information(RFI) as <br /> part of the Five Year Permit Review. <br /> The amendment proposes to add the Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Reduction (SB-1383) organic <br /> materials required measurements and calculations, update the site layout details, update food waste <br /> processor details, and add physical contaminant measurement requirements for compost and green waste. <br /> The LEA finds that the proposed changes are consistent with all applicable certified and/or adopted <br /> CEQA documents, is consistent with State Minimum Standards, and does not conflict with the terms and <br /> conditions in the current solid waste facilities permit.
