The property you acquired on March 2, 2023 is part of the closed City of <br />Tracy Landfill and is included in the Closed, Illegal and Abandoned Disposal Sites program <br />found here: https://calrecycle.ca.gov/swfacilities/cia/ . The EHD inspects the site quarterly and <br />issues inspection reports to enforce relevant Title 27 California Code of Regulations (CCR) <br />sections. <br />If property owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) <br />for the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. These <br />include but are not limited to the submission of a PCLU Plan to the EHD and other pertinent <br />regulatory agencies, for their review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre - <br />construction activities for such PCLU.
