Although "Emerson Drive" was the recorded name, "Emerson Road" has historically been utilized for <br /> property addresses along the road and is the name depicted on the existing street signs. The Road Name Change is <br /> proposed for emergency response and administrative purposes, as well as for consistency with the commonly used <br /> spelling of the road name. The proposed change is anticipated to impact the following 4 existing residences: 3652 E. <br /> Emerson Dr., 3580 E. Emerson Dr., 3575 E. Emerson Dr., and 4064 E. Emerson Dr. <br /> The Property is zoned R-R (Rural Residential)and the General Plan designation is R/R (Rural Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is Emerson Drive between N. Eunice Avenue to the west and N. State Route 99 <br /> W. Frontage Road to the east, Acampo. (Supervisorial District:4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a ministerial application and is exempt from the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act(CEQA) pursuant to Section 15268. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than October 19, 2023.
