Escalon WP0044244 <br /> Sampling Date: November 20, 2023 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as part of the <br /> permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well "to determine quality of water produced by <br /> a new water well, it shall be sampled by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after <br /> development, the installation of the well pump, and disinfection" according to San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards section 9-9.2.1*. The cost of sampling was included with the well permit issuance. <br /> We have sampled your new well and have received your results. Your water sample was analyzed by <br /> FGL Stockton Laboratory, a state certified lab. <br /> The well water results have FAILED the bacteriological (Coliform/E-Coli) and DBCP established criteria. <br /> Contaminant Result <br /> Total Coliform Present <br /> DBCP 0.304 <br /> The well water PASSED the criteria for the other analyses: General Mineral. <br /> For more information and possible health effects, please refer to the attachments along with the full <br /> analytical results.
