<br /> compounds (section 30854). Dishwashing machines shall be designed, installed and operated to thoroughly clean and
<br /> provide an effective bactericidal rinse (section 30855). All drinking utensils, ice buckets, shelves, sinks, dishwashing
<br /> machines, and other related equipment shall be: 1 ) Constructed of non-toxic materials, 2) Constructed, installed, and
<br /> maintained as to be readily cleanable, and 3 Kept clean and in good repair section 30857).
<br /> T25 Every part of every bed, including mattress, sheets, blankets, and bedding shall be kept in a clean, dry and sanitary
