Dishwashing machines shall be designed,installed and operated to thoroughly clean and <br /> provide an effective bactericidal rinse(section 30855) All drinking utensils, Ice buckets, shelves, sinks,dishwashing <br /> machines, and other related equipment shall be: 1)Constructed of non-toxic materials, 2)Constructed,installed,and <br /> maintained as to be readily cleanable, and 3 Kept clean and in good repair(section 30857). <br /> T25 Every part of every bed, including mattress,sheets,blankets, and bedding shall be kept in a clean,dry and sanitary <br /> 8. Bedding condition,free from filth,urine,or other foul matter,and from the infection of lice,bedbugs, or other insects(section 40). <br /> T25 The bed linen shall be changed before a new guest occupies the bed(section 40). <br /> H&SC Lack of adequate garbage and rubbish storage and removal facilities(subsection a 15) <br /> 9.
