Dishwashing machines shall be designed , installed and operated to thoroughly clean and <br /> provide an effective bactericidal rinse (section 30855) . All drinking utensils, ice buckets, shelves, sinks, dishwashing <br /> machines, and other related equipment shall be : 1 ) Constructed of non-toxic materials, 2) Constructed , installed , and <br /> maintained as to be readily cleanable , and 3 Kept clean and in good repair section 30857) . <br /> T25 Every part of every bed , including mattress , sheets, blankets , and bedding shall be kept in a clean , dry and sanitary <br /> 8 .
