Bedding condition,free from filth, urine,or other foul matter,and from the infection of lice, bedbugs,or other insects(section 40). <br /> T25 The bed linen shall be changed before a new guest occupies the bed section 40). <br /> H&SC Lack of adequate garbage and rubbish storage and removal facilities(subsection a.15). <br /> 9.
