SUMMARY OF THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS LISTED ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THIS FORM, <br /> THIS SUMMARY PAGE LISTS THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH ITEM, <br /> ALL UNCORRECTED VIOLATIONS WILL BE REFERRED TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY FOR ENFORCEMENT. <br /> (City of Stockton Hotels: Municipal Code, Chapter 7, Sections 7-111 .7-111 .47 - The Environmental <br /> Health Department will not approve Permits to Operate for uncorrected violations.) <br /> Violation # Code <br /> H&SC Other unsanitaryconditions (subsection a). <br /> 1 . Cleanliness H&SC Accumulation of weeds, vegetation, junk, dead organic matter, debris, garbage, offal, rodent harborages, stagnant <br /> water, combustible materials, and similar materials/conditions constitutes fire, health, or safet hazards subsection . <br /> H&SC Lack of, or improper water closet, lavatory, or bathtub or shower per number of guests in a hotel (subsection a.2). <br /> H&SC Lack of hot and cold running water to plumbing fixtures in a hotel (subsection a.4). <br /> 2. Maintenance H&SC General dilapidation or improper maintenance (subsection a. 13.). <br /> H&SC Unsafe building due to inadequate maintenance (subsection, k). <br /> T25 Hot water is water supplied to plumbing fixtures at a temperature of not less than 110°F section 32.a), <br /> 3. Floors H&SC Defective or deteriorated flooring or floor supports (subsection b.2). <br /> H&SC Members of walls, partitions, or other vertical supports that split, lean, list, or buckle due to defective material or <br /> 4. Drinking Utensils enclosed or individually wrapped (section 30852.c). <br /> & Ice Buckets T17 Multiuse drinking utensils or ice buckets shall be washed arfd sanitized in a three-compartment metal* sink using hot <br /> water (105-120°F) (section 30853). *Note: 1st compartment-wash with detergent until thoroughly cleaned; 2nd <br /> compartment-rinse; 3rd compartment-sanitize by immersion for 30 seconds in either: 1 ) 100 ppm available chlorine, <br /> 2) 200 ppm quaternary ammonium, 3) 25 ppm available iodine, 4) 25 ppm iodophor, or 5) 25 ppm bromine-chlorine <br /> compounds (section 30854). Dishwashing machines shall be designed, installed and operated to thoroughly clean and <br /> provide an effective bactericidal rinse (section 30855). All drinking utensils, ice buckets, shelves, sinks, dishwashing <br /> machines, and other related equipment shall be: 1) Constructed of non-toxic materials, 2) Constructed, installed, and <br /> maintained as to be readily cleanable, and 3 Kept clean and in good repair section 30857). <br /> 4Receptacles <br /> 25 Every part of every bed, including mattress, sheets, blankets, and bedding shall be kept in a clean, dry and sanitary <br /> condition, free from filth, urine, or other foul matter, and from the infection of lice, bedbugs, or other insects (section 40). <br /> 25 The bed linen shall be changed before a new guest occupies the bed section 40). <br /> &SC Lack of adequate garbage and rubbish storage and removal facilities (subsection a. 15). <br /> 25 Adequate number of appropriate receptacles with dose-fitting covers for garbage and rubbish shall be provided for the <br /> occupant of every dwelling unit (section 38). <br /> 25 Each receptacle shall be kept in clean condition and ood repair (section 38). <br /> SC General dilapidation or improper maintenance (subsection a. 13.). <br /> SC Unsafe building due to inadequate maintenance (subsection k). <br /> SC Other unsanitary conditions (subsectiona), <br /> SC Accumulation of weeds, vegetation, junk, dead organic matter, debris, garbage, offal, rodent harborages, stagnant <br /> water, combustible materials, and similar materials/ conditions constitutes fire, health, or safety hazards (subsection j), <br /> 11 .
