Used oil was observed pooling on top of a 55 gallon <br /> drum used to collect used oil in the northwest corner of the Recycling Center <br /> building. Used oil was also observed in the secondary containment pallet under the <br /> drum. <br /> Remove the used oil from the top of the drum and the secondary containment pallet <br /> and place it in the used oil drum.
