The mattress recycling area had some mattresses stored not under cover. The operator <br /> placed all mattresses under cover to prevent rain damage on the day of the inspection. <br /> 3. The tipping floor and retaining walls were in good condition. <br /> 4. A loader and compactor were on the tipping floor. <br /> 5. Recyclables such as metal and white goods were being removed from in-coming waste. <br /> 6.
