8/1/2023 Sunwest Chevron 2758 W Kettleman Lane Lodi Monitoring Certification-Annual Test This is to inform you that our technician will be at the above referenced site on Tuesday,October 17,2023 @ 9:30am to perform the Monitoring Certification and the Line/Leak detector test, Line Tightness test, and Spill Bucket test. Due to the nature of the testing no fuel delivery can be made during the time of testing. If you receive a fuel delivery while the test is being conducted,the testing will be delayed and subject to additional costs. Because we are unable to anticipate all repairs needed in order to finish the compliance testing, any repairs during the test that are completed will be at the discretion of the technician and are subject to additional charges including but not limited to labor, parts, retesting and travel. To avoid additional retesting charges, please notify us of any repairs needed 72 hours prior to scheduled testing so we may have repairs done BEFORE your compliance test. Please Note: • All test results are held until paid for and a prompt payment will ensure that the county will receive your test results in time. • B.Z. Service Station Maintenance is not responsible for any testing that is not sent to the agencies on time and any subsequent fines or actions by the agencies. • All accounts need to be paid within 60 days of your scheduled date,or your test will be rescheduled.The rescheduled date may be 3-5 weeks from this date,as our schedule is full. • If we have to reschedule your full test due to fuel requirements or deliveries,it will be 3-5 weeks from this date as our schedule is full, and you may be subject to fines from the county.
