The inspection confirmed the removal of hazardous waste and no violations were noted. Inform the <br />Environmental Health Department of any pertinent changes in the condition of the facility. Ensure all remaining <br />fees are paid in full. <br />** Note- ensure that the waste oil tank remains free of hazardous waste/used oil and is properly cleaned if <br />remaining on site. Have all hazardous waste containers remaining labeled empty once cleaned.
