Provide mesh cover prior to operating. Lacking cap on wastewater tank outlet. Provide cap prior to operating. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. For nonpermanent food facilities that handle nonprepackaged foods, there is no potable water and/or no wastewater tank and there are no temporary water and wastewater connections. (§114205) 2. LIC#4UV8479 VIN...F441436 Chlorine and quat test strips available. The trailer was on a slope, unable to test if entrance door is self-closing. Provide fully self-closing entrance door. The exhaust hood did not have baffles/filters, the wastewater tank vent terminates inside the trailer, and the emergency exit was 28" by 30",this trailer had an insignia posted inside. The trailer had a 4 gallon water heater, it had a 30 gallon fresh water tank and approx. 55 gallon wastewater tank. Discussed report with operator. No signature captured.
