Clean vents and surrounding areas to protect stored food items from contamination from fallen debris. <br />Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />The following was observed: <br />- Damaged tiles observed at the walk-in freezer entrance. <br />- Damaged tiles observed under the kitchen hand sink. (REPEAT) <br />- Damaged tiles and wall panel observed near mop sink. <br />- Damaged tiles observed near hot water heater closet. <br />- Damaged floor tiles observed at back door. <br />- Damaged tiles observed at corner near metal table. <br />- Missing base tile near the soda syrup boxes. <br />- Damaged tiles near the office entrance. <br />Repair/replace missing/damaged floor/base tiles with approved flooring within 30 days. <br />Several ceiling tiles in the kitchen and dry storage area were out of place. Reposition ceiling tiles so that there are no gaps. <br />Correct within one week. <br />The following was observed: <br />- The floor sink at the drive-through was observed with black build-up <br />- Hard to reach floors and baseboards under shelves and equipment was observed with food debris and black buildup. <br />Detail clean floors and floor sink within one week. Maintain clean. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
