Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: A roll of paper towels was observed on top of the toilet instead of inside the wall-mounted paper towel <br />dispenser at the employee restroom. Maintain the paper towel dispenser stocked at all times and in good repair to ensure <br />proper hand washing and to prevent contamination of the paper towel roll. Clean and maintain <br />fan covers clean to protect stored food items from contamination from fallen debris.
