The hot water temperature for the <br />prep sink was 115 F. Increase the hot water heater to maintain 120 F minimum at these sinks. Correct today. <br />The hot water temperature for the cook line hand sink was 96. The hot water temperature for the hand sink near the walk in <br />cooler was 80 F. The hot water temperature for the hand sink in the all gender restroom was 80 F. Adjust the hand wash <br />sinks’ water temperature to maintain 100 - 108 F as they are non-adjustable faucets.
