Prohibited discharges into OWTS include: septic tank pumpings, automobile and garage <br /> waste, storm drainage, solvents and toxics, solids, garbage, kitchen wastewater from <br /> restaurant or bar, air conditioners, hazardous wastes, backwash, truck terminal wastes, <br /> recreational vehicle holding tank waste, industrial and manufacturing waste, and food <br /> processing wastes (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-605.030(b) and San <br /> Joaquin County OWTS Standard) <br /> 6. If any food is to be served to the general public, the following conditions shall be met: <br /> a. Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380). The fee will be based on the <br /> current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> b. A valid permit from EHD is required prior to operating food facility (California Retail <br /> Food Code, Chapter 13, Article 1, Section 14381). <br /> 7. Any abandoned well(s) shall be destroyed under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 601.020(e). <br /> 8. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 601.010(b) and 9-601.020(i)). <br /> 1868 E.
