The following was observed missing from the site map and needs to <br />be included: <br />- Loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains <br />- All access and exit for the building were not observed on the map <br />- Hazardous materials handling and storage areas throughout the facility needs to be identify <br />- Emergency response equipments such as fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, and spill kits needs to be identify <br />on the map. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. This facility last submittal was <br />entered on 3/2/2023. This submittal was submitted late.
