The missing manifests are: <br /> -023581128JJK 4/7/2022 <br /> -023583381JJK 1/25/2022 <br /> -024184728JJK 10/24/2022 <br /> -024942857JJK 2/2/2023 <br /> -025752900JJK 8/9/2023 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 401 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to store hazardous waste in a container that is in good condition. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste was found stored on-site in containers that are not in good condition. <br /> One blue metal 55 gallon drums in the hazardous waste storage area containing used filters had dents. <br /> One empty black metal 55 gallon drum in the hazardous waste storage area had dents on the side of the container. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Hazardous waste shall be stored in a containers that are in good condition.
