Please let us know if the completed revisions are satisfactory for this <br /> location. <br /> • For failure to keep written records of procedures, inspections and tests for at least three years: <br /> o Pilot/Flying J noted a deficiency in their procedures and has a contract in place to ensure that the Annual <br /> SP001 Inspections are being completed at the required interval. The Annual SP001 Inspection for 2023 <br /> is attached and will continue to be completed on an annual basis moving forward. <br /> o Pilot/Flying J has a procedure in place to ensure that deficiencies identified in the SP001 Monthly <br /> Inspections and all other inspections are addressed. The deficiencies noted in the monthly inspections <br /> were addressed by either Jones Covey of the Pilot/Flying J Facility Maintenance Tech. Jones Covey was <br /> on site to review and address the leaking check valves for Tanks 3, 5, and 9 and the spill box <br /> leak. Stained concrete and liquid in spill boxes are addressed by either taken care of by Pilot's Regional <br /> Maintenance Techs at the time of inspection or by Jones Covey. The overfill alarm was working at the <br /> next monthly inspection and all inspections following that one notation. The Work Orders required to <br /> make any repairs are attached to this email and copies have been placed on site. <br /> • For failure to provide and maintain adequate secondary containment for bulk storage tanks,the secondary <br /> containment drain valves have been closed and the site has been counseled not to leave them open moving <br /> forward. Photographs showing the closed drain valves are attached. <br /> We trust that this resolves this Notice of Violation.
