Blaine Service Items: Job Details Tank 9 has small leak on check valve area. Completion Notes: 04/19/22-Arrived on site,checked in with site&kiosk. Performed inspection of DT9 Leak. Found carbon build up around check valve area but no leaks from turbine check valve. Looks to be spraying at one time from other piping location.Will need to remove 3"piping from Union to Union. Will need to use piping vice and re-pipe union to union including Fire Valve, Solenoid Valve,One way check valve& re-install on tank top.Also need to remove and re-install pressure relief valve. Once re-piped no leaks should be present.Checked out with site at kiosk. 5/4/2022-Arrived on site and checked in with manager,cleaned up 3"check valve on T9 and found leaks on ring gasket and 2 on 3"pipe nipples. LOTO T9, emptied the manifold, removed the 3"check valve and when I removed the top of the valve and found that the ring gasket was broken. Installed new fuel compatible ring gasket on valve, removed the 2-3" black nipples and resealed, installed check valve on T9 manifold,tested the 3"check valve and no leaks were found. Put STP 9 back in service and cleaned up work area.
