Passed. <br />- Witnessed sensor functionality testing for auto and diesel side after fuel delivery. Passed. <br />- Observed Designated Operator Facility Employee Training Certificate <br />- Witnessed payment of fees (operating permits + invoice for outstanding SR0086245 through May 2024) <br />Facility is approved to operate UST on auto and diesel side . <br />Ensure all test results are submitted to EHD (UST@sjgov.org) within 30 days of testing. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br />sign. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
