(\A s 3 5 <br />COMMISSARY NEEDED <br />Dear Mr. Singh: <br />This letter indicates San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) approval of drawings <br />submitted for the proposed PB2CALI — SR0087232, subject to the following condition(s): <br />Obtain a State Mobile Food Preparation Unit "Insignia" if necessary. Contact State Housing and <br />Community Development for approval of your commercial coach at (916) 255-2501. <br />Obtain a verification of commissary prior to EHD issuance of the permit to operate. <br />Potable and wastewater tanks must be sloped to an outlet that ensures complete drainage. <br />(114199) <br />Potable and waste water tanks must have an airflow vent to overflow that prevents flooding of the <br />interior of the MFPU. The vent must terminate in a downward direction and be covered with 16 <br />mesh/inch screen. (114213) <br />Sinks warewash, are stainless steel with mixed hot/cold faucets and swivel spigot capable of <br />serving all compartments. (114313 (c) <br />There shall be no exposed threads, nuts, or rivets that interfere with proper cleaning. (114301(g) <br />Provide a 10 BC-rated fire extinguisher. (114323) (c) <br />The EHD must be kept informed of the construction progress. A final inspection must be performed, <br />operating permit fees paid, and approval to operate granted prior to opening for business.
