Time Schedule—The Discharger shall complete the following tasks in <br />accordance with the specified deadlines: <br />Table 17—Time Schedule <br />Item <br />No. <br />Category Task Deadline <br />1.Construction Submit construction, design <br />plan(s), and updated CQA <br />plans for review and approval <br />in accordance with Section D <br />of this Order, and Section F of <br />the SPRRs. <br />120 Days Prior to <br />Proposed <br />Construction <br />2.Construction Submit construction report(s) <br />for review and approval upon <br />completion demonstrating <br />construction was in <br />accordance with approved <br />construction plans and <br />Section F.27 of the SPRRs. <br />60 Days Prior to <br />Proposed Discharge <br />to Unit(s) <br />3.Final Closure Submit final or partial final <br />closure and post-closure <br />maintenance plan (PCMP), <br />design plans, and CQA plan <br />for review and approval, in <br />accordance with Section E of <br />this Order and Section G of <br />the SPRRs. <br />2 Years Prior to <br />Closure <br />4.Surface Impoundment <br />Construction <br />Submit design report and <br />CQA plan of WMU F South <br />and WMU F East for review <br />and approval, prior to <br />discharging waste into the <br />unit. A revised Operation and <br />Maintenance plan must also <br />be submitted after <br />construction has been <br />completed. <br />120 Day Prior to <br />Proposed <br />Construction
