DRAFT [TENTATIVE] WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER R5-2023-00XX 102 <br />FORWARD, INC. <br />FORWARD LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />STANDARD PROVISIONS & REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br />9.Surface and subsurface drainage from outside of a waste management <br />unit shall be diverted from the unit [Title 27, § 20365(e)]. <br />10.Cover materials shall be graded to divert precipitation from the waste <br />management unit, to prevent ponding of surface water over wastes, and to <br />resist erosion as a result of precipitation [Title 27, § 20365(f)]. <br />Any drainage layer in the final cover shall be designed and constructed to intersect with <br />the final drainage system for the waste management unit in a manner promoting free <br />drainage from all portions of the drainage layer [Title 27, § 20365(f)].
