Evaluation as to effectiveness of existing leachate monitoring and <br />control facilities, and runoff/run-on control facilities. <br />h. For lined landfill units, a summary of any instances where leachate <br />on the landfill liner system exceeded a depth of 30 cm (excluding <br />the leachate sump), and information about the required notification <br />and corrective action in Section E.13 of the SPRRs (Standard <br />Facility Specifications). <br />i. Summaries of all Regular Visual Inspections conducted per <br />Section D.3 during the reporting period. <br />j. For closed landfills, summaries of inspections, leak searches and <br />final cover repairs conducted in accordance with an approved Post- <br />Closure Maintenance Plan per Standard Provisions G.26-29 <br />(Standard Closure and Post-Closure Maintenance Specifications). <br />k. Laboratory statements of results of all analyses evaluating <br />compliance with the WDRs. <br />l. For any Corrective Action systems at the Facility, tabulated <br />summaries of: <br />i. Operating hours; <br />ii. Monthly runtimes and downtimes; and <br />iii. Shutdowns, including start/stop dates and causes. <br />m. Results from the cannery waste land application area monitoring. <br />n. Results from the surface impoundment monitoring. <br />o. Results from the corrective action monitoring. <br />p. A description of the measures undertaken to implement the <br />“Forward Landfill Odor Control Management Plan and “Odor Impact <br />Minimization Plan.”
