Groundwater Movement; <br />iv. Statistical Method for Concentration Limits; <br />v. Detailed calculation and data of total nitrogen loading; <br />vi. Shall not exceed 300 pounds per acre, unless a site specific <br />loading rate is established by a Nutrient Management Plan <br />approved by the Executive Officer; <br />vii. Retesting Procedures; and <br />viii. The Cannery Waste WQPS shall be updated every two <br />years beginning in 2023 for each monitoring well using new <br />and historical monitoring data. <br />10. Annual Corrective Action Evaluation Report <br />a. By 31 July each year, the Discharger shall submit an Annual <br />Corrective Action Evaluation Report that includes at least the <br />following: <br />i. A comparison of the site-wide Total VOC (TVOC) mass from <br />the past four quarters to the TVOC mass threshold limit; <br />ii. A screening of the site-wide TVOC mass from the previous <br />four quarters; <br />iii. A comparison of the individual well TVOC concentrations <br />from the previous four quarters to their respective threshold <br />limits; <br />iv. A comparison of the groundwater monitoring results from <br />over time for each COC, for each well; <br />v. Quarterly groundwater potentiometric surface maps from the <br />previous year, incorporating data from DMP, CAP and EMP <br />monitoring wells; <br />vi. A discussion of the landfill cover, including any performance <br />issues from the previous year;
