The third question in the business activities <br />section was marked as no for the business generating hazardous waste. The business generates used oil which is <br />a hazardous waste. Mark the third question as yes for the business generating hazardous waste. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for diesel, solvent, oxygen, bromax, , sok, argon, argon <br />co2 mix, nitrogen, tri mix, propane, phosphoric acid, anhydrous ammonia, acetylene, glycol, varsol, and potassium <br />metabisulfite were not complete because obsolete federal hazard categories were submitted. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.
