Due to poor weather conditions the accessibility of the site was limited. <br />2. Per operator, soil and tarps were used for the daily cover. <br />3. Employees were observed wearing personal protective safety equipment. <br />4, No prohibited waste observed at the active face. <br />5. No landfill gas monitoring conducted during this inspection due to weather condition. <br />B. Ponding observed in various areas due to recent rain activities. <br />7. Records were available for review. <br />8.
