(CRFC §114301 (g). <br />Equipment sealed together, or spaced a minimum of 4" apart from each other. (CRFC §114301 <br />(9)). <br />Light bulbs and tubes enclosed in plastic safety shield or equivalent. (CRFC §114323 (c)). <br />Food service pass-through window openings shall be limited to 216 square inches (or 432 square <br />inches if equipped with an air curtain. Food service pass through windows shall be no closer than <br />18 inches from each other and each opening shall be equipped with self-closing solid windows or <br />screens (CRFC §114259.2). <br />1868 E.
