<br /> the back ice maker, under the 2 cooling units at the back prep area, have grease, build up and debris. Clean the floor today
<br /> and as needed.
<br /> I observe broken base tiles, at mop and prep sinks. Provide proper coved tiles with 3/8 inch radius(slim foot tiles or
<br /> schluter). Correct in 2 weeks.
<br /> I observe splatter on the walls at the cooking area and at the 3 comp sink( by the back splash and underneath the
<br /> compartments). Clean the walls today and as needed.
