Obtain certificate and maintain a copy on <br /> site. Provide a copy of the certificate to cmuro@sjgov.org within 60 days of permit issuance. <br /> Note:All other employees that will be handling food will be required to obtain the 3-year food handler certificate within 30 <br /> days from date of hire. Obtain certificates and maintain all copies on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties. The business name or the name of the operator, city state and ZIP code,and the name of the permittee if <br /> different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility.[§I14299(a)] 2. Business or <br /> operator name is not at least 3 inches high and address is not one inch high.[§I 14299(b)] 3. Sign is not in contrasting color with the <br /> vehicle exterior.[§114299(b)] 4.
