<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hot water at the three compartment sink was observed at 118 F and 118 F at the mop sink. Adjust
<br /> hot water heater so that hot water at these sinks is a minimum of 120 F. Correct prior to operation.
<br /> The warm water at the restroom hand sink was observed at 84 F. Adjust hot water heater so that the warm water in the
<br /> restroom is a minimum of 100 F. Correct prior to operation.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Sanitizer test strips were not available at the facility. Obtain sanitizer test strips to ensure proper

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The three compartment sink lacks a drain board on the right side of the sink. This facility shall have a
<br /> sink with at least three compartments with two integral metal drain boards, and must have an indirect connection for waste
<br /> discharge. The sink compartments and drainage facilities shall be large enough to accommodate immersion of the largest
<br /> equipment and utensils. Correct prior to permit issuance.
