S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> U ; i y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> WORLD CLASS DISTRIBUTION 4239 POCK LN, STOCKTON December 06, 2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling: <br /> -one black metal approximately 55 gallon drum labeled"oil rags, oil filters,grease"was observed in the engine room <br /> without an accumulation date <br /> -one black metal approximately 55 gallon drum of used oil was observed in the engine room without a hazardous <br /> waste label <br /> -one blue plastic approximately 55 gallon drum labeled"waste aerosols"was observed in the cooler without the <br /> physical state and hazardous properties <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 5, 2024. <br /> Wastes generated by this facility: waste compressor oil, oily rags/absorbent, aerosols <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($162).
