The propane is being <br />reported in cubic feet but needs to be reported in gallons. Update the unit of measure for propane. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map does not have the emergency shut off for the diesel <br />tank. The utilities shut offs (power, water, propane) are not identified on the site map. The emergency equipment <br />(fire extinguishers, fist aid kit, and eye wash station) locations are not on the site map. The site map should say <br />there are no storm drains on the property. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15.The business plan was submitted <br />late on 3/19/2020 for the year of 2020. The business plan was submitted late on 2/11/2021 for the year of 2021. <br />The business plan was submitted late on 5/11/2022 for the year of 2022.
