Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. <br />2. All records, including temperature and turning records, were available for review. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light and dust was minimal. <br />4. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />5. The temperature of the greenwaste pile was 78 F. The temperature range of the ground material and <br />windrows was 108 F to 140 F and 90 F to 98 F respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened <br />product and overs was 80 F to 82 F and 64 F to 70 F respectively. There was no screened product on site. <br />
