Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 (Forward, Inc. <br />(Benjamin Escotto IRuben Ramirez <br />THEEABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 300E THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC)AND TITLE td AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors resulting from the <br />composting operation. Also no litter or track -out mud was observed on or along Austin Road in front of the <br />facility. <br />2. All records, including temperature and turning records, were available for review. <br />3. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened greenwaste <br />received. <br />4. The odor and fly population was light and dust was minimal. <br />5. The water truck was observed on site. <br />6. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella density of the <br />compost product was available for review. The compost met the state standards. <br />7. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 84 F to 94 F and 87 F to 136 F <br />respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 82 F to 140 F. The temperature of the overs, <br />pre-screened product, and screened product was 74 F, 94 F, and 72 F respectively. <br />
