COMPLAINANT <br /> STATES THEY FINISHED THE FOOD. COMPLAINANT STATES THEY WENT TO SEE THEIR DOCTOR ON 12/19/2023 <br /> BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN FEELING NAUSEOUS AND UNWELL SINCE EATING AT THE FACILITY. COMPLAINANT <br /> REQUESTS A CALL BACK FROM THE INSPECTOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Spoke to owner who was aware of the complaint and granted access for the <br /> complaint inspection.The bratwurst is stored frozen. For the cooking process,the bratwurst is first boiled then cooked again <br /> on the griddle.
