Any <br />chipped and ground materials that will be land applied must meet the maximum metal concentration and <br />pathogen reduction requirements. <br />Based on the volume records from the last year Operator agrees to do sampling on a quarterly basis. The EHD <br />provided all necessary information to Operator. <br />a. Provide records to the EHD. <br />b. The determination of the percentage of physical contaminants shall occur prior to the point where material is <br />removed from the site. <br />c. If a chipping and grinding operation or facility exceeds the contamination limits, it shall be regulated as set <br />forth in the Transfer/Processing Regulatory requirements. <br />X <br />20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: Operator is in the process of making repairs to depressions in the green waste area. According to <br />Operators Maintenance Plan solid waste staff will monitor the green waste area weekly and make repairs to <br />depressions as needed. <br />a. Repair depressions. <br />b. Provide adequate site maintenance. <br />x <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Observed several erosion channels at the module 5A, 5B and on the east side of module 4. <br />a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br />b. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -22= 0% (all three probes), SG -1=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />B. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />C. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br />D. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />E. Records maintained and up to date. <br />F.
